Kursbeschreibung

Our Standard Courses is ideal for students who use English for everyday purposes.

This English course is our most popular one and perfect for anyone who either wants to start learning English or wants to improve their English skills. Lessons take place during morning hours so the afternoons are free to explore Cape Town and its surroundings, take part in our popular activities programme, or relax and hang out with friends.
Homework is given 3 - 4 times per week.

Afternoon combination possibilities: 5 or 10 group or private lessons, volunteering, surf course.

You can expect to:

- practise your reading and listening skills
- develop your vocabulary and grammar
- communicate more effectively and accurately
- practise speaking and writing
- use English to exchange ideas with people from other countries

The lessons are based around a coursebook, and adapted to the class.

Lage der Sprachschule

Bei Good Hope Studies steht der Unterricht auf hohem Niveau im Vordergrund, und unser Ziel ist es, dass unsere Kunden Kapstadt verlassen und sich sicherer fühlen, wenn sie auf Englisch kommunizieren. Um diesen Unterricht zu unterstützen, bieten wir Unterkunft und ein Rahmenprogramm an, und viele unserer Kunden nutzen diese Dienstleistungen, um ihr Englisch zu üben.

Die meisten unserer Lehrer sind fest angestellt und verfügen über CELTA- oder DELTA-Lehrerqualifikationen von Cambridge ESOL. Die Mehrheit unserer Lehrer hat langjährige Erfahrung im Unterrichten verschiedener Nationalitäten und Niveaus und weiß, wie man das Lernen nicht nur unterhaltsam, sondern auch sehr effektiv gestaltet.

This residence is mainly used by younger students (18 to 25) and is therefore not recommended for students over the age of 25.
